Like a lazy summer afternoon at the coast. A walk in the bush. Our summer seasonal mead brings together two classic New Zealand summer experiences in a single beverage.
This mead is made from honey gathered in the natural bush of the Marlborough Sounds, where steep, forested hills fall into sheltered bays. Holiday homes cling to the cliffs above the water - accessible only by boat, and protected from the open sea by the surrounding land.
A limited small-batch release, made possible thanks to the work of Marlborough beekeepers.

Our Marlborough Sounds honey is sourced from selected hives sitting on the bush that lines the inlets of Marlborugh Sounds, at the top of the South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our seasonal edition is made sustainably with the help of beekeepers who maintain hives near the bush surrounding Marlborugh Sounds.
No forest clearing, no irrigation, no bulldozers. No unnatural sugars or flavours.
Just trees, bees and time.
Mead, particularly when made with locally sourced honey, can make a claim to be the most sustainable alcohol in the world.
