Sam is the one just crazy enough to think a Meadery can be a thing, and just obsessed enough to make it so. He’s driven by the dream of bringing to life a novel, value-add, sustainable, New Zealand beverage that is an expression of that which is unique to Aotearoa.

Gareth Bedford

Brand & Digital

Gareth has a lifetime’s worth of making beautiful things and making things beautiful - and that’s what he’s done with Undisturbed. Everything of Undisturbed’s that looks good, from labels to instagram posts comes from Gareth. He is the holder of the brand - committed to premium, beverage experience that doesn’t damage the earth.

Ameesha Arani

Marketing

Ameesha holds the vision for what Undisturbed can become, and has done since even getting to that first Seekers Makete seemed a massive undertaking. With a background in marketing and account management, her contribution to the operation is invaluable.

Stella Ridgway

Events

Stella leads the events Undisturbed is part of, and those we deliver ourselves. Be it at expos, markets, festivals, in-store tastings, or Pop-up Mead Bars - Stella’s enthusiasm and articulation of our meads is a joy to experience. Her background is in hospitality and is studying marketing and entrepreneurship at the University of Canterbury.

Matt Phoenix

Business Development

Matt is out and about with venues and retailers. A sit down with Matt and our meads invariably leads to said meads being added to menus and shelves. He’s run his own businesses and led sales teams in Australia and the UK. He loves the Otautahi hospitality scene, is a foodie and a muso to boot. Harry Royle

Harry has 10 years hospitality experience in the UK and is out in NZ for a few years. He’s helping Undisturbed design its events and to produce its mead.

Chelsea is a festivals queen. You’ll find her behind the bar for Undisturbed. She brings the fun - and bucket loads of enthusiasm for craft beverage.
