Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (alcohol), we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Replace the item,

  • Offer store credit, or

  • Provide a full refund (at our discretion).

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
