Returns & Refunds Policy

At Undisturbed Meadery, we take pride in producing and delivering premium New Zealand mead. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage where applicable

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.
