A refreshingly smooth, balanced mead crafted with local clover honey - infused with rhubarb during fermentation.
Our mead maker grew up in Southland, where rhubarb thrived in his backyard ending up in dessert crumbles or over weet-bix. Inspired by those memories, we chose the tang of rhubarb to balance the sweetness of honey - the contrast creates perfect harmony, making this our most popular variety.

Our Story
Living long and well is important to us. With a little one on the way and thinking of the future, we began searching for a healthier, eco-friendly wine.
A beekeeping friend introduced us to honey wine (mead), sparking the exploration of local honeys and botanicals that are both good for the body and sustainably produced.
