Forest Mead is fermented from pure honeydew honey and nothing else. No added sugars, flavours, or chemicals - just what the forest gave us, turned into something earthy, smooth and a pure.

A beekeeping friend introduced us to honey wine (mead), sparking the exploration of local honeys and botanicals that are both good for the body and sustainably produced.
