Collabs & Mead Cocktails

We met Nic one wintery day in August at the Seekers Mākete. As is our winter customers we served a tasting of mulled mānuka mead and got chatting. Nic is the co-founder of Moksha Drinks, a gorgeously branded Auckland gin producer that is deeply committed to sustainability and flavour. Our alignment was strong.

Nic took bottles of Mānuka mead and Rhubarb’d meads home to Auckland and started creating mead-based cocktails. Enter the Cocktail Bartender, Sahil Patel. Sahil is a phenomenally talented and creative mixologist who, with Nic, produced these scrumptious mead based cocktails:

Moksha Rose And Hibiscus Gin, Cointreau, Undisturbed Rhubarb’d Mead, Lemon Juice, Foam
